What is Revilope?

Revilope is a simple review-request automation tool that helps businesses ask more customers for Google reviews. Add your private Revilope address to the BCC field of an email you are already sending, and Revilope will automatically send the customer a separate, professional review request after your chosen delay.

Can I use Revilope for multiple businesses?

Yes. Pro Plus supports up to three businesses, and Agency supports up to 10.

Each business receives its own private BCC address, Google review link, email template, approved senders, reply-to address, follow-up delay, and activity history.

Do I need a CRM or integrations to use Revilope?

No. Revilope works with the email system your business already uses, including Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and most business webmail services. There is no CRM, point-of-sale, booking-system, or invoicing integration required for the BCC workflow.

How do you protect my customers' privacy?

Revilope only processes the email-header information required to identify the sender, customer, and correct business. It does not fetch or read the original email body, attachments, images, or conversation history.

The inbound mailbox copy is deleted after processing. Stored customer email addresses are encrypted, and customer addresses are masked in your visible dashboard activity.

How does the BCC review automation work?

Each business receives a unique private Revilope email address. When you send a normal email to a customer, add that address to the BCC field. Revilope identifies the customer, waits for the delay you selected, and sends a separate review request containing your message and Google review link. For best results, send the original email directly to one customer at a time.

Can customers unsubscribe?

Yes. Every live review request includes an unsubscribe option.

When a customer unsubscribes, Revilope prevents that business from sending them future review requests and cancels any requests that are still waiting to be sent.

Can I send review requests manually?

Yes. You can paste one or more customer email addresses into your Revilope dashboard and send requests manually. Each customer receives an individual email, and you can choose to send the requests as soon as possible or use your business’s saved delay.

What happens if an email fails to send?

Revilope automatically retries temporary sending failures. It makes up to three attempts before marking the request as failed.

When a request permanently fails before being sent, the reserved request is returned to your plan allowance.

How does pricing and billing work?

Revilope offers plans based on the number of businesses, monthly review requests, and authorized sending addresses you need.

The Starter plan includes one business and five requests per billing period. Pro includes one business and 100 requests, while Pro Plus includes up to 3 businesses and 350 requests. Agency includes up to 10 businesses and 1500 requests per month.

Manual and BCC-triggered requests both count toward the same allowance. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Do requests roll over to the next month?

No. Unused requests do not roll over. Your allowance resets at the beginning of your next billing period, giving you a new set of requests based on your current plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is free and includes one business, five review requests per month, one authorized sender, custom email templates, manual requests, and BCC review automation.

It is a simple way to test the complete Revilope workflow before upgrading.

Can I customize the review request email?

Yes. Each business can customize its email subject, message, review button text, Google review link, reply-to address, and follow-up delay. You can also send yourself a test email before contacting customers.

Why does Revilope need an email address?

Revilope uses your business email address to confirm that only approved members of your team can trigger review requests. New sending addresses must be verified before they can use your private BCC address.

Your reply-to address also allows customers to reply directly to your business. Revilope does not need your email password or access to your inbox.
