Terms of Service

Effective date: July 5, 2026

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Revilope’s website, accounts, software, dashboards, email-processing features, review-request tools, subscriptions, and related services.

In these Terms, “Revilope,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Revilope. “You” and “your” refer to the individual, business, organization, or other legal entity accessing or using the Service.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the dashboard, using a Revilope BCC address, submitting customer email addresses, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Do not use the Service if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. The Revilope Service

Revilope is a review-request automation service designed to help businesses send follow-up emails inviting customers to leave honest reviews.

The Service may allow you to:

  • Create and manage one or more business profiles.
  • Receive a private Revilope BCC address for each business.
  • Trigger review requests by adding that address to eligible customer emails.
  • Submit customer email addresses manually.
  • Customize review-request subjects, messages, buttons, business details, and review links.
  • Select a delay before a review request is sent.
  • Add and verify authorized sending addresses.
  • View scheduled, sent, cancelled, skipped, suppressed, and failed requests.
  • Manage customer unsubscribe and suppression records.
  • Send test emails.
  • Access subscription, account, timezone, and usage settings.

The features, limits, and availability of the Service depend on your current plan.

Revilope is a technology tool. We do not operate your business, communicate with your customers independently of your instructions, verify whether a recipient is legally eligible to receive a message, or guarantee that any customer will leave a review.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

If you use Revilope for a company, partnership, nonprofit, agency, client, employer, or other organization, you represent that:

  • You have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
  • Your use of the Service is authorized by the organization.
  • All account, billing, business, and sender information you provide is accurate.
  • The organization accepts responsibility for your actions and the actions of other users operating through its account.

The Service is intended for legitimate business use. It is not intended for personal campaigns, unsolicited mass email, political campaigning, harassment, or deceptive review activity.

3. Account Registration

You must provide complete and accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for:

  • Protecting your login credentials.
  • Using a secure and unique password.
  • Limiting account access to authorized individuals.
  • Keeping your account email address current.
  • Keeping your business and billing information accurate.
  • Reviewing activity performed through your account.
  • Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or share your account with an unrelated third party without our written permission.

You remain responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you notified us of unauthorized access and the activity occurred after we had a reasonable opportunity to secure the account.

Revilope may require identity, account, sender, ownership, or payment verification before providing or continuing access to certain features.

4. Business Profiles

A business profile represents a business, location, brand, or client whose customers may receive review requests.

You must have the authority to create and operate every business profile associated with your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that each profile contains accurate and current information, including:

  • Business name.
  • Business website.
  • Business owner or representative name.
  • Reply-to email address.
  • Mailing address.
  • Google review link or other review destination.
  • Email subject and message.
  • Review button text.
  • Authorized sending addresses.
  • Follow-up delay.

You may not create a profile for a business you do not own, manage, represent, or have permission to administer.

Each plan includes a maximum number of active business profiles. If you exceed your plan’s business allowance following a downgrade, cancellation, expiration, or plan change, Revilope may pause or lock excess profiles until you upgrade or reduce the number of profiles.

Paused or plan-limited profiles may remain stored, but their BCC addresses and review-request features may stop functioning.

5. Private BCC Addresses

Revilope may issue a unique private BCC address for each active business profile.

This address is intended only for authorized use as part of the Revilope review-request workflow.

You agree that you will:

  • Keep the address reasonably private.
  • Use it only with eligible customer communications.
  • Not publish it publicly.
  • Not add it to websites, directories, forums, or public mailing lists.
  • Not use it as a general inbound mailbox.
  • Not use it for mailing-list subscriptions.
  • Not send unrelated correspondence to it.
  • Not use it to evade account or plan limits.
  • Not intentionally cause third parties to send messages to it.

Revilope may replace, deactivate, suspend, or revoke a private BCC address if we believe it has been exposed, misused, compromised, abused, or associated with suspicious activity.

Deleting a business profile deactivates its BCC address. Pausing a business may prevent the address from creating new review requests.

6. How BCC Automation Works

When you send an eligible email directly to a customer and add the applicable Revilope address to the BCC field, Revilope may process limited email-header information to identify:

  • The sending address.
  • The customer’s email address.
  • The relevant Revilope business profile.
  • The message identifier.
  • Routing and authentication information.
  • Indicators that the message may be automated, bulk, bounced, or suspicious.

The standard BCC workflow is designed for an original email sent directly to one customer at a time.

Messages may be rejected, skipped, or unable to create a request when:

  • No eligible customer can be identified.
  • Multiple customer recipients are included.
  • The sender is not authorized or verified.
  • The business is paused, deleted, or plan-limited.
  • The customer is suppressed or unsubscribed.
  • A duplicate or recent request already exists.
  • The account has reached its usage limit.
  • The email appears automated, bulk, suspicious, or unauthenticated.
  • The BCC address is invalid or inactive.
  • The message cannot be processed safely or reliably.

Adding a Revilope address to BCC does not guarantee that a request will be scheduled or delivered.

You are responsible for checking your Revilope activity history to confirm whether a request was accepted, scheduled, skipped, cancelled, or failed.

7. Header-Only Email Processing

Revilope’s BCC workflow is designed to process the minimum email-header information needed to identify the sender, customer, business profile, and message.

Revilope does not intentionally retrieve or use the body of the original customer email or its attachments to create the review request.

After the incoming mailbox copy has been processed, Revilope is designed to mark it for deletion and remove it from the processing mailbox.

You must not place sensitive personal information in email subject lines, recipient names, routing fields, or other email headers. Email headers are not an appropriate place for:

  • Payment card information.
  • Banking information.
  • Government identification numbers.
  • Passwords or authentication credentials.
  • Medical or health information.
  • Private legal information.
  • Highly sensitive information about minors.
  • Any other information that is unnecessary for the review-request workflow.

Further information about Revilope’s collection, use, retention, and protection of personal information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

8. Authorized Senders

You may designate one or more email addresses as authorized senders, subject to your plan limits.

Revilope may send a verification link to a newly added sender. An address may be unable to trigger BCC requests until verification is completed.

You represent that:

  • You have permission to add each authorized sender.
  • Each sender belongs to your business, team, employee, contractor, agent, or authorized representative.
  • You will remove a sender promptly when that person is no longer authorized.
  • You will not verify or use an address through deception or impersonation.

Revilope may reject messages from unverified, unauthorized, suspicious, or mismatched sending addresses.

You are responsible for the conduct of every authorized sender associated with your account.

9. Manual Review Requests

Revilope may allow you to paste or enter one or more customer email addresses manually.

Each submitted customer must be eligible to receive the review request under applicable law and your own policies.

You are responsible for:

  • Confirming that each address is accurate.
  • Confirming that each recipient is an actual customer or otherwise has a genuine relationship with the business.
  • Obtaining any consent required to send the message.
  • Ensuring the recipient has not previously opted out through another system.
  • Removing invalid, purchased, scraped, outdated, or unrelated addresses.
  • Ensuring the request is appropriate in the circumstances.

You may not use manual requests to send unsolicited bulk email, advertise unrelated products, prospect for new customers, or contact individuals who have not interacted with the business.

Revilope may validate addresses, remove duplicates from a submission, apply suppression and cooldown checks, and reject addresses that appear invalid or inappropriate.

10. Your Responsibility for Email Compliance

You are the sender and initiator of the review-request campaign. Revilope provides the technology used to process and deliver the request on your instructions.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and industry requirements that apply to your communications, including requirements relating to:

  • Consent.
  • Identification of the sender.
  • Accurate sender and business information.
  • Mailing-address disclosures.
  • Unsubscribe mechanisms.
  • Recordkeeping.
  • Privacy.
  • Data protection.
  • Consumer protection.
  • Advertising and marketing.
  • Email content.
  • Suppression lists.
  • Frequency of communication.

You must maintain sufficient records to demonstrate any consent or other legal basis on which you rely.

You may not assume that a prior transaction automatically permits every future review request. You are responsible for determining whether an express-consent, implied-consent, existing-business-relationship, transactional, or other exemption applies.

Revilope’s inclusion of an unsubscribe link, mailing address, or business identity does not by itself guarantee that your message complies with every law applicable to you or the recipient.

You must not remove, obscure, disable, alter, or bypass Revilope’s unsubscribe functionality.

11. Customer Unsubscribes and Suppression

Live review-request emails may include an unsubscribe mechanism.

When a customer unsubscribes from requests associated with a business:

  • Revilope may create a suppression record.
  • Future requests from that business may be blocked.
  • Requests that have not yet been sent may be cancelled.
  • The address may remain in suppression records as necessary to honour the unsubscribe request.

You agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to bypass a suppression.
  • Delete and recreate a business to evade a suppression.
  • Submit alternative spellings or versions of the same address to avoid a block.
  • Contact an unsubscribed recipient through Revilope without a valid legal basis and appropriate renewed consent.
  • Ask Revilope to remove a lawful suppression merely to resume marketing.

A suppression in Revilope applies only to communications processed through Revilope unless otherwise stated. You remain responsible for maintaining and applying your own suppression records across all other communication systems.

12. Review Integrity

Revilope is intended to request genuine, voluntary, and honest customer feedback.

You may not use the Service to:

  • Buy, sell, create, commission, or arrange fake reviews.
  • Request reviews from individuals who did not have a genuine experience with the business.
  • Write reviews on behalf of customers.
  • Create reviews using fake or duplicate accounts.
  • Misrepresent the identity or experience of a reviewer.
  • Require a customer to leave a positive review.
  • Offer money, discounts, free products, refunds, gifts, contest entries, loyalty points, or other incentives in exchange for a review.
  • Condition any benefit on the sentiment, rating, wording, editing, or removal of a review.
  • Threaten, pressure, intimidate, or harass a customer regarding a review.
  • Selectively direct only satisfied customers to a public review platform while diverting dissatisfied customers away from it.
  • Suppress, discourage, or interfere with honest negative feedback.
  • Use deceptive language suggesting that a review is mandatory.
  • Manipulate ratings, rankings, search results, or public perception through coordinated or misleading activity.
  • Ask employees, owners, relatives, contractors, or other insiders to post reviews without complying with applicable disclosure requirements.
  • Use customer data to retaliate against a person for leaving a negative review.

Review requests should invite honest feedback and should not tell customers what rating, sentiment, or wording to provide.

You are responsible for complying with the policies of Google and any other review platform to which you direct customers.

Revilope may suspend or terminate an account associated with fake, deceptive, incentivized, gated, manipulated, or otherwise improper review activity.

13. Review Links and Third-Party Platforms

You are responsible for supplying the correct review link for each business profile.

Revilope does not guarantee that a submitted link:

  • Is accurate.
  • Belongs to your business.
  • Will remain active.
  • Opens the intended profile.
  • Complies with the destination platform’s policies.
  • Will be available in every country, browser, or device.
  • Will permit the recipient to post a review.

You must verify your links before sending live requests.

Revilope is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Google or any other review platform unless expressly stated.

Third-party review platforms control their own:

  • Accounts.
  • Listings.
  • Moderation.
  • Review publication.
  • Review removal.
  • Ratings.
  • Search visibility.
  • Fraud detection.
  • Content policies.
  • Access restrictions.

We have no authority to require a platform to publish, preserve, modify, or remove a review.

14. Email Templates and User Content

You retain ownership of the business information, templates, wording, branding, links, and other content you submit to Revilope.

You grant Revilope a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, format, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the Service.
  • Deliver review requests.
  • Provide previews and test emails.
  • Protect the Service.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Comply with law.
  • Enforce these Terms.

You represent that your content:

  • Is accurate and not misleading.
  • Does not infringe intellectual-property rights.
  • Does not violate privacy or publicity rights.
  • Does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or deceptive material.
  • Does not impersonate another person or business.
  • Does not contain malicious software or harmful links.
  • Is appropriate for the intended recipients.

Revilope may refuse to process or send content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or platform policies.

15. Follow-Up Delays and Scheduling

You may be able to choose a relative delay before a request is sent.

Displayed delays are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

A scheduled request may be delayed by:

  • WordPress scheduling behaviour.
  • Server traffic.
  • Hosting limitations.
  • Queue congestion.
  • Mail-provider availability.
  • Maintenance.
  • Network interruptions.
  • Timezone configuration.
  • Third-party outages.
  • Security or abuse checks.
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Revilope may store and compare scheduled times using a standardized timezone while displaying them according to your account’s selected timezone.

You are responsible for selecting an appropriate delay and reviewing the scheduled time shown in your account.

Revilope is not liable for a request being delivered earlier or later than expected, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Email Delivery and Request Statuses

Revilope may use WordPress, hosting infrastructure, email providers, or other third-party systems to send email.

A request marked “sent” generally means that the configured mail system accepted the message for delivery. It does not guarantee that the message:

  • Reached the recipient’s inbox.
  • Avoided a spam or junk folder.
  • Was not blocked or quarantined.
  • Was opened.
  • Was read.
  • Was clicked.
  • Produced a review.

Email delivery may fail because of invalid addresses, recipient-server rules, spam filtering, domain reputation, authentication configuration, mailbox capacity, provider restrictions, network errors, or other factors beyond Revilope’s control.

Revilope may retry certain failed requests. The number, timing, and availability of retries may change as the Service evolves.

A request may be marked failed after unsuccessful attempts. A permanently failed or cancelled request may result in the associated usage reservation being released, depending on the request status and current Service rules.

You are responsible for monitoring your activity history and maintaining appropriate email-domain authentication and sender reputation.

17. Duplicate and Cooldown Protection

Revilope may apply duplicate-message detection, pending-request checks, suppression checks, and customer cooldown periods.

These protections are intended to reduce accidental repeated requests but are not guaranteed to identify every duplicate.

A request may be skipped when:

  • The same source message was previously processed.
  • A request is already pending for the recipient.
  • A request was recently sent to the recipient.
  • The recipient is suppressed.
  • The address matches a business, sender, account, or system address.

Cooldown protection may operate separately for each business profile.

You remain responsible for avoiding excessive, repetitive, inappropriate, or unwanted contact. Revilope’s automated checks do not replace your own customer-communication controls.

18. Plans and Usage Limits

Revilope currently offers free and paid plans, including Starter, Pro, Pro Plus, and Agency.

Plans may differ based on:

  • Number of business profiles.
  • Number of review requests per billing period.
  • Number of authorized senders.
  • Access to current or future features.
  • Support level.
  • Other usage limits.

Your current limits are shown on the pricing page, during checkout, or in your account.

Manual requests and BCC-triggered requests count toward the same request allowance unless expressly stated otherwise.

A request may count against your allowance when it is accepted, reserved, queued, scheduled, or sent. It does not necessarily begin counting only after final email delivery.

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to avoid limits.
  • Divide one business across multiple free accounts to evade restrictions.
  • Manipulate sender addresses to bypass plan limits.
  • Repeatedly delete and recreate records to restore usage.
  • Use technical methods to interfere with quota tracking.
  • Resell account capacity unless an authorized reseller or agency arrangement permits it.

Revilope may enforce limits automatically and may reject, pause, cancel, or defer requests after a limit is reached.

19. Request Allowances and Rollover

Your request allowance resets according to your applicable billing period.

Unused requests do not roll over to a future billing period.

Unused requests:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Are not transferable.
  • Cannot be sold.
  • Cannot be moved to another account.
  • Cannot be exchanged for credits.
  • Expire at the end of the applicable billing period.

Changing plans does not entitle you to a cash payment or refund for unused requests.

20. Free Plan

Revilope’s Starter plan is offered without a recurring subscription fee and is subject to the limits shown on the pricing page and in the account dashboard.

The free plan may require:

  • A valid account.
  • A verified email address.
  • An active business profile.
  • Compliance with these Terms.
  • Reasonable use of the Service.

You may not create or operate multiple free accounts to increase your combined request allowance.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the free plan. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes.

Free-plan access is provided without a commitment to indefinite availability.

21. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Revilope and its payment processors to charge the payment method associated with your account:

  • At the time of purchase.
  • At each renewal.
  • For approved plan upgrades.
  • For applicable taxes.
  • For other charges clearly disclosed and accepted by you.

Your subscription renews automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.

The billing amount, currency, billing frequency, renewal date, and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout or in your account.

You must maintain a valid payment method.

If a payment fails, Revilope may:

  • Retry the payment.
  • Ask you to update your payment method.
  • Restrict paid features.
  • Reduce your account to the free plan.
  • Pause businesses or scheduled requests.
  • Suspend the account.
  • Cancel the subscription.

You remain responsible for charges incurred before the effective date of cancellation.

22. Pricing Changes

Revilope may change plan prices, features, and limits.

A pricing change will not ordinarily alter a prepaid billing period already in progress.

For existing paid subscribers, a price change may take effect at a future renewal after reasonable notice, unless a shorter period is required because of tax changes, legal requirements, payment-provider requirements, or correction of an obvious pricing error.

Continuing a paid subscription after the effective date of a notified change constitutes acceptance of the updated price.

You may cancel before the applicable renewal if you do not accept a pricing change.

23. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable sales, use, value-added, goods and services, harmonized sales, or similar taxes unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes imposed on Revilope’s net income.

Revilope or its payment processor may calculate and collect taxes based on your billing information and applicable law.

You must provide accurate billing-location and tax information.

24. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available account or subscription-management controls or by contacting hello@revilope.com.

Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the account interface or applicable law states otherwise.

After cancellation:

  • You may retain paid access until the end of the paid period.
  • The subscription will not renew.
  • The account may move to the free plan.
  • Businesses above the free-plan limit may be paused or locked.
  • Requests exceeding the free-plan allowance may no longer be processed.
  • Pending requests may be cancelled or restricted.
  • Paid-only features may become unavailable.

Deleting your account, abandoning the Service, removing a payment method, or stopping use does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. You must use the designated cancellation process.

You should cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge.

25. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a written Revilope offer, paid subscription charges are non-refundable.

Revilope does not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial billing periods.
  • Unused requests.
  • Unused business capacity.
  • Unused authorized-sender capacity.
  • Forgotten cancellations.
  • Account inactivity.
  • Plan downgrades.
  • Customer failure to leave reviews.
  • Emails filtered as spam.
  • Requests that do not produce reviews.
  • Third-party platform restrictions.
  • Suspension caused by a violation of these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer right provided by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact hello@revilope.com promptly with the account email, transaction date, and charge details.

26. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

You should contact hello@revilope.com before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Revilope may suspend access while a payment dispute or chargeback is pending.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel the subscription or eliminate valid payment obligations.

We may provide relevant transaction, account, login, subscription, and service-usage records to payment processors, financial institutions, and dispute-resolution providers as necessary to respond to a payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination.

27. Pausing or Deleting a Business

You may be able to pause a business profile without deleting it.

Pausing a business may:

  • Prevent new requests.
  • Cancel pending requests.
  • Deactivate BCC processing temporarily.
  • Release eligible request reservations.
  • Preserve the profile for future reactivation.

Cancelled pending requests may not automatically resume when the business is reactivated.

Deleting a business may:

  • Remove it from the visible dashboard.
  • Disable its BCC address.
  • Cancel pending requests.
  • Prevent future requests.
  • Preserve limited historical, audit, suppression, security, billing, or legal records.

Deletion may not erase every record immediately, particularly where retention is required to honour unsubscribes, enforce cooldowns, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain system integrity.

28. Account Suspension and Termination

Revilope may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that:

  • You violated these Terms.
  • You violated applicable law.
  • You sent unsolicited or unlawful email.
  • You engaged in fake, incentivized, deceptive, or gated review activity.
  • You attempted to bypass unsubscribe or suppression controls.
  • You misused a private BCC address.
  • You exceeded or attempted to evade plan limits.
  • Your activity threatens the Service or another user.
  • Your activity may damage sender or domain reputation.
  • Your payment is overdue or disputed.
  • Information provided by you is false or misleading.
  • Your account was compromised.
  • We are required to act by law, court order, regulator, payment provider, hosting provider, email provider, or review platform.
  • Continuing to provide the Service would create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. We are not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ends.
  • BCC addresses may be disabled.
  • Pending requests may be cancelled.
  • Access to stored account data may end.
  • Outstanding payment obligations remain due.
  • Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

29. Acceptable Use

You may not use or attempt to use Revilope to:

  • Send spam or unlawful commercial messages.
  • Use purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped email lists.
  • Send phishing, fraud, malware, or deceptive messages.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Harass, threaten, shame, or discriminate against recipients.
  • Distribute illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or abusive content.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
  • Facilitate illegal goods, services, or activity.
  • Collect credentials or sensitive information deceptively.
  • Interfere with the Service’s security or operation.
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Circumvent authentication, sender verification, suppression, billing, or quota systems.
  • Introduce viruses, scripts, bots, crawlers, or automated abuse.
  • Overload Revilope’s infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicense, mirror, or reproduce the Service without permission.
  • Use Revilope to build or train a competing product through unauthorized extraction.
  • Use the Service in a manner likely to cause Revilope or another provider to be blocked, blacklisted, penalized, or investigated.

We may apply technical controls, usage restrictions, rate limits, or filtering to prevent abuse.

30. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance.
  • Updates.
  • Security incidents.
  • Hosting issues.
  • Mail-server issues.
  • Internet outages.
  • Third-party failures.
  • WordPress or WooCommerce issues.
  • Payment-provider outages.
  • Domain or DNS problems.
  • Force-majeure events.
  • Other technical or operational conditions.

We may change, suspend, replace, remove, or discontinue any feature.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material discontinuations. We are not required to maintain any particular feature, interface, integration, email provider, scheduling method, plan, or third-party dependency indefinitely.

31. Beta and Experimental Features

Revilope may make beta, preview, trial, early-access, or experimental features available.

Such features may:

  • Be incomplete.
  • Change without notice.
  • Contain errors.
  • Be unavailable at times.
  • Be discontinued.
  • Produce unexpected results.
  • Have separate limits or conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, beta and experimental features are provided as-is and should not be relied upon for critical business operations.

32. Third-Party Services

Revilope relies on third-party services that may include:

  • Website hosting.
  • WordPress.
  • WooCommerce.
  • WooCommerce Subscriptions.
  • Payment processors.
  • Email-delivery providers.
  • Mailbox and IMAP providers.
  • Domain and DNS providers.
  • Analytics and security providers.
  • Google and other review platforms.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

Revilope is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages.
  • Platform-policy changes.
  • Payment-provider decisions.
  • Email filtering.
  • Domain reputation.
  • Review moderation.
  • Account restrictions imposed by another provider.
  • Changes to third-party APIs or software.
  • Data or content controlled exclusively by another provider.

We may change third-party providers without notice where necessary to operate, secure, or improve the Service.

33. Intellectual Property

Revilope and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its:

  • Software.
  • Source code.
  • Object code.
  • Website design.
  • Dashboard design.
  • Branding.
  • Logos.
  • Documentation.
  • Workflows.
  • Databases.
  • Graphics.
  • Text.
  • Templates supplied by Revilope.
  • Features and functionality.

These Terms provide you with a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes while your account remains authorized.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not use Revilope’s name, logo, branding, or other marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

34. Feedback

You may submit ideas, suggestions, comments, feature requests, or other feedback.

You grant Revilope a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use, develop, publish, modify, commercialize, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.

This does not grant Revilope ownership of your confidential business information or customer data.

35. Privacy and Data Protection

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide any notices and obtain any permissions required before submitting personal information to Revilope.

For customer email addresses and related request data that you submit, you generally determine:

  • Which individuals are contacted.
  • Why they are contacted.
  • What message they receive.
  • Which review destination is used.
  • When the request should be sent.

Revilope processes that information to provide the Service on your instructions and for legitimate operational, security, compliance, and legal purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

You must not use Revilope to process personal information that you are not legally permitted to collect, disclose, or use.

You are responsible for responding to requests or complaints from your customers concerning your collection and use of their information, except to the extent the matter relates solely to Revilope’s own independent obligations.

36. Data Retention and Account Data

Revilope may retain account, billing, request, suppression, security, diagnostic, and audit information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Service.
  • Honour customer unsubscribes.
  • Prevent duplicate or abusive activity.
  • Maintain billing and tax records.
  • Resolve disputes.
  • Enforce agreements.
  • Protect users and the Service.
  • Meet legal obligations.
  • Maintain backups and system integrity.

Some information may remain in backups or archival systems for a limited period after deletion.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of information you require for your own records. Revilope is not a general-purpose archival or backup service.

We do not guarantee that deleted data can be recovered.

37. Confidentiality

Revilope will use reasonable measures to protect non-public customer information submitted through the Service.

This obligation does not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available without Revilope’s breach.
